Wims - Legal Information

2.1 Scope: These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relations between Wims Textiles and its customers, whether retail or B2B.

2.2 Contract Formation: Online product listings are non-binding. The contract is concluded once Wims Textiles confirms the order or dispatches the goods.

2.3 Prices and Payment: All prices are in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Accepted payments: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, or via marketplace checkout (Amazon, eBay, Otto).

2.4 Retention of Title: Goods remain the property of Wims Textiles until full payment is received (§449 BGB).

2.5 Right of Withdrawal: Consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under German law (§§355 ff. BGB). Customized or made-to-order items are excluded.

2.6 Warranty: The statutory warranty period applies: 24 months for new goods. For homemade products, 3 months return policy for retail customers. For wholesalers and large companies, no refund policy applies.

2.7 Liability: Wims Textiles shall not be liable for minor negligence, except for personal injury, life, or health.

2.8 Governing Law: German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Solingen, Germany.
